The right chain, first time

The customer services team maintain a database of trucks, model numbers and OEM part numbers and will endeavour to identify the correct chain for any unit as a service to their customers. This takes the burden away from the service manager and improves the accuracy and consistency of chain supply. 

They pride themselves in being able to provide the right chain first time – no matter what make or model of forklift truck or where you are in the UK. 

Our network of regional engineers provides a local point of contact for our customers across the UK.  Our engineers are trained in chain identification and have access to chain i.d database. 

On-site Fitting

Our engineers network carry a range of stock locally and have access to our national stocks.  This means they can quickly fit chains on site, to make sure that your forklift truck unit downtime is minimised.

We can fit chains at high levels to large FLT units by using our own scissor lift.  Fitting chains at high levels require adherence to stringent health and safety regulations, so let our engineers fit these chains and ensure your compliance with H&S requirements.

Chain Inspection and Maintenance Services

We offer a range of services to help our customers meet safety regulations and minimise the overhead of maintaining and inspecting their forklift truck chains. Our services include: 

• six monthly chain inspection service fully compliant with current H.S.E. requirements
• chain inspection checklist
• chain wear gauge  

Overnight Delivery

We offer next day delivery of the UK Mainland and Eire, two day delivery across Europe and we are able to export worldwide through our international supply network.
